How to Improve Daily Campaign Sending Ability?
Improving your campaign's daily sending ability primarily depends on the relationship between your total account sending limits and your campaign limit.
Scenario 1: Sum of Accounts Sending Limits < Campaign Sending Limits
When the total daily sending limit of all selected accounts is less than the campaign's set sending limit, you won't be able to fully utilize the campaign's potential.
Solutions:
1. Add More Email Accounts
- We recommend sending 30 campaign emails per day per account.
- If you want to send more emails, add more sending accounts to your campaign.
- For example: 10 accounts can send up to 300 emails per day (10×30).
2. Improve Account Sending Limits
- How to set: Go to "Account Settings" → "Daily Sending Limit".
- Make sure your sending limit matches your Email Health Score. It's preferable to choose the "Daily recommended sending value" to avoid negatively impacting your health score.

Important Note:
Sending more than 50 emails per day per account can harm your email reputation and deliverability.

- Assign specific accounts to individual campaigns for better performance.
4. Check Time Gap Settings
- Ensure the time gap between your emails allows for sufficient sending within your schedule.
- How to set: Go to "Account Settings" → "Minimum wait time".
- Default: 10 minutes (to simulate human-like sending behavior).

When the total daily sending limit of all selected accounts is greater than the campaign's set sending limit, the actual sending volume of the campaign will be limited by the campaign's own settings.
