Resolving Connection Errors (Oauth Connection broken or IMAP Issues)
If you encounter connection errors when linking to your account, follow these steps:
1. Oauth Connection Broken
Click "Reconnect" and "Accept" to grant Outlook or Microsoft 365 permissions to Mailgo.
2. For Microsoft 365 Email Account
Enable POP/IMAP Access:
- Open Micrisoft 365 Admain Center → Click the Users→ "Active users"
- Select the specifi user account→ Click "Mail" tab→ Click "Manage email apps"
- Under "IMAP&SMTP access":
- Select Enable IMAP
- Select Enable SMTP
- Save changes
- Go back to Mailgo and Reconncet this email account.
