MCP Server is a remote-hosted service — zero installation, just paste a JSON config. Skill is an open-source code package that runs locally in your IDE, giving you full source code transparency. ClawHub is a marketplace listing with one-click install and third-party security scans. All three provide the same 6 capabilities.

Log into app.mailgo.ai, go to Settings → Personal Tokens, and generate a new token. Store it as an environment variable (MAILGO_API_KEY) or paste it directly into your MCP config.

Yes. Your API key is stored locally in your IDE's configuration file or environment variable — it is never shared with any third party. All communication with the MCP server uses HTTPS encryption. We recommend using a restricted API key and storing it as an environment variable rather than hardcoding it.
